Under the Jeff Beasley Band moniker, Jeff performs
with his four piece electric band, which includes upright bass,
drums, sax and guitar. But he is also known for his solo acoustic
act where he plays acoustic guitar, harmonica and sings while
kicking a kick drum and high hat. He can add the bass and sax
if the occasion calls for it. The result is a surprisingly rich
sound that brings to mind his Georgia "Lowcountry" roots
and the genres he's been most influenced by—the blues, '50s
rock and R&B. |
